Paul Hastings has bolstered its finance team in London with the hire of a partner from rival US law firm Weil Gotshal & Manges. 

Reena Gogna has spent nearly a decade at Weil in London. She previously spent nearly 12 years at Latham & Watkins having trained at Slaughter and May.
