Paul Weiss has bolstered its London restructuring bench by hiring a former Kirkland & Ellis partner from a special situations firm. 

Kai Zeng is an investment director at Blantyre Capital and is joining Paul Weiss as a restructuring and special situations partner in London, according to people familiar with the situation.
