Paul Weiss has hired a partner from Macfarlanes in Brussels as it closes in on the launch of an office in the Belgian capital.

Richard Pepper has spent nearly three years at Macfarlanes, joining the firm in 2021. He previously spent 10 years as a counsel at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and trained at Slaughter and May.
