Payden & Rygel, the investment manager, has appointed Mark Stanley as portfolio director in its London office. He will be responsible for business development and client relationship management in the UK and continental Europe with a focus on insurers, pension funds and consultants. He has previously worked as a partner at Mercer, focusing on fiduciary management.
