Stockbroker Peel Hunt is working on a deal to move its London headquarters into City offices once home to UBS.

The firm is close to signing a lease for around 50,000 square feet at 100 Liverpool Street in Broadgate, near to Liverpool Street train station, according to a person familiar with the matter.
