Peel Hunt has reported the biggest UK gender pay gap among major investment banks, Financial News analysis shows, with the City broker’s median female pay languishing below half that of its male staff.
Peel Hunt’s median hourly gender pay gap was 53.3% in 2024, meaning women earned 47p for every £1 that men earned, according to data submitted to the UK government.
