Business is booming on all fronts for the winner of this new category in the Financial News Awards for Excellence in UK Pensions.

Bristol-based wealth manager Hargreaves Lansdown saw £2.2bn of investments flood into self-invested personal pension plans on its Vantage platform in the last tax year, up from £1.7bn in the previous year, with Sipp client numbers reaching 146,000 at the end of March.
