Daniel Godfrey, the former Investment Association head who will list a new fund in London next month, has chosen a big name in responsible investing to oversee reporting to its shareholders.

Godfrey, who was ousted from the UK fund trade body in 2015 after members disagreed with his approach to costs and charges, announced the launch of The People’s Trust 12 months ago.
