Perella Weinberg Partners, the five-month-old M&A advisory boutique, has become the latest financial services firm to expand its restructuring business in anticipation of an expected rush of advisory mandates from distressed companies.

Perella Weinberg is buying restructuring specialist Kramer & Co, which was founded by former Greenhill partner Michael Kramer. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
