Two more longtime partners of Permira are retiring from the European firm, following similar announcements from Damon Buffini, former chairman of the firm, and Ian Sellars, who formerly headed Permira’s London office.

Veronica Eng, who led Permira's Asian business, and Charles Sherwood, who headed the firm's consumer-sector team, are retiring later this year, Permira said in a statement, calling their planned departure a "very well-rehearsed process and natural evolution."
