Multinational law firm Ropes & Gray has brought in a second private equity specialist as a partner, in anticipation of a rise in the number of debt restructurings in 2011.

Peter Baldwin joins from Jones Day, where he was a partner in the corporate department. He previously worked at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
