A former head of equities in Asia Pacific at Bank of America Merrill Lynch has re-emerged in a senior role at a workforce gender analytics company.

Peter MacDonald, who left Bank of America Merrill Lynch in April this year, has joined Gender Gap as head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, based in London.
