PGGM, the Dutch healthcare fund, is emphasising its committment to socially responsible investments by making Gerrit Russelman, current head of equities, a special socially responsible and corporate governanace advisor to Roderick Munsters, the chief investment officer.

A spokesman said Russelman will work closely with Sylvia van Waveren who is a manager in the equity department but who has specialised in SRI and corporate governance issues.
