Pilgrim Baxter's assets fall 20% after mutual fund probe

Pilgrim Baxter & Associates, owned by Old Mutual, the South African financial services firm, saw assets drop by more than 20% during the fourth quarter of last year.

They fell from $7.4bn (€5.9bn) at the end of September to $5.9bn at the end of December.
