Pimco, the global asset management firm, has added three new members to its portfolio management analytics team. Vasant Naik, formerly the head of Nomura's quantitative strategies group and fixed income research, has joined Pimco as an executive vice president and global head of empirical research. Stefano Risa, who was previously with C12 Capital and Andrew Davidson & Company, has become an executive vice president and head of mortgage- and asset-backed analytics. Riccardo Rebonato has joinede as Pimco's new executive vice president and head of rates and FX analytics. Rebonato was hired from his previous position as head of front office risk management and quantitative research at RBS Global Banking and Markets.
