Pimco, the specialist US fixed-income manager owned by German insurer Allianz, has expanded its European team with senior hires from rival fund manager Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Watson Wyatt, the investment consultant.

The US manager has appointed Constance Rotival to the position of vice president and account manager responsible for expanding client coverage in key markets including Switzerland and France.
