Pioneer Investments has hired a head of consultants for its Paris office, marking the first appointment made by the asset manager's new country head for France.

Jean-Luc Paraire, who joined Pioneer on May 2, was previously head of the multi-management team at Crédit Agricole Asset Management, a unit he established in 2001 and built to 12 investment professionals.
