The chief executive of Pioneer Investments has become a casualty of the Italian asset manager's imminent tie up with Amundi, Europe's largest investment house.

Amundi has unveiled the line up of its new leadership team once the French asset manager finalises its acquisition of Pioneer Investments in the next fortnight.  The executive committee does not include Giordano Lombardo.
