Brad England has been promoted to head of investment banking at US Bancorp Piper Jaffray, just four months after joining the bank.

Prior to joining Jaffray, England was head of European equity capital markets at Merrill Lynch, where he worked for 15 years. He will retain his existing position as head of Piper Jaffray's equity capital markets desk.
