Franz Winkler, head of portfolio management at the Swiss electricity board pension fund, PKE, is leaving at the end of August to start his own asset management company.

The new firm, Accuro Asset Management (AcAM), has already received €100m of segregated funds from institutional investors, even before its start, Winkler said. 'My eight years of experience and track record at PKE is helping the cause,' he said.
