Cazenove and JP Morgan Securities have completed the placement of a 37% stake in Aberdeen Asset Management, the UK mutual fund manager.

The two banks were joint bookrunners and lead managers of the sale of the approximately 59.9 million shares at 500p (€8) each, which started last Thursday. HSBC Investment Bank was co-lead manager.
