Platinum Equity, a US private equity firms, has sold UK-based Milgo Solutions, a communications solutions company, to Kingston Communications, the UK-based communications outfit for £23.4m (€36.7m).

Milgo provides sales and technical skills in the rapidly expanding data communications and managed network services. Its clients include Axa Sun Life, British Airports Authority and the National Grid in the UK.
