Thatcher’s think tank lures City heavyweights

Douglas Flint, the group chairman of HSBC, and Lord Hill, the European Commission's former financial services chief, are to join the board of The Centre for Policy Studies.

The pair will take on their new roles this week, according to a spokeswoman from the UK think tank.
