PricewaterhouseCoopers is forming a joint venture with VentureOne, the global venture capital research firm, in order to collaborate on providing research and data for the venture capital community.

Initially they will issue joint quarterly surveys of private equity activity. Both entities already track venture capital investments in emerging private companies.
