Pricoa Capital, the private equity subsidiary of Prudential Insurance, has raised a €540m ($471m) European mezzanine debt and private equity fund

The fund, called Pricoa Private Capital Partners, is Pricoa's second pan-European mezzanine debt and private equity fund. The majority of investors in the first fund have invested in the second fund.
