Citigroup has lost Paul Radley, the European head of its hedge fund capital introduction team, who is setting up a private placement agent to help hedge funds raise money.

Radley has formed Radley Capital Investments, an independent capital introduction firm. The company will act as an intermediary between hedge funds and potential investors.
