Prime brokerage head leaves Bear Stearns

Bear Stearns' head of clearing services and prime brokerage is set to depart at the end of the year to work for a hedge fund.

Richard Lindsey will leave Bear Stearns next month after eight years at the bank. His roles for the bank have included president of Bear Stearns Securities. Lindsey previously worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission as the director of market regulation.
