EFG International has hired a former Bank Vontobel head to fill a top job in private banking in Zurich, as the group looks to grow its business in Switzerland and wealth managers and private banks continue to bolster their teams.

Stephan Keiser has been appointed head of private banking, Zurich, and will join EFG Bank - EFG International's principal Swiss subsidiary ̶ in January next year.
