Private equity firm Arle Capital Partners is shutting down, eight years after it spun out from one of the biggest private equity failures of the financial crisis.

Arle will go into voluntary liquidation in March when its contract for managing a portfolio of companies for Candover Investments comes to an end, according to Candover.
