Private equity firm TowerBrook shakes up top team

TowerBrook follows more mature firms that have created new senior roles as part of succession planning

TowerBrook Capital Partners, the former buyout unit of George Soros’s family office, has become the latest private equity firm to make changes in its senior management team.

TowerBrook told investors this week that it promoted managing directors Jonathan Bilzin and Karim Saddi to the newly created co-president role, according to a spokesman for the firm.
