Private equity in Europe is starting 2016 in the way it ended 2015 – raising large amounts of cash.

Among those raising capital - or due to start - are a slew of mid-market fund managers including NorthEdge Capital, August Equity, IK Investment Partners, Livingbridge and H2 Equity Partners.
