Lion Capital has begun marketing a new $2.5 billion buyout fund, as the retail-focused private equity firm continues its exits drive.

The firm, which owns companies such as hair straightening brand ghd and clothing retailer All Saints, sent out a private placement memorandum to investors for its fourth buyout fund last week, according to a person familiar with the matter.
