Montagu Private Equity has become the latest buyout firm to hire in operations experts to work more closely with the management teams of companies its owns.

Jolyon Dove joined Montagu earlier this month from Bain & Co, where he was a partner and member of the industrial goods and services practice for 15 years, according to his LinkedIn profile. He joined Montagu as a director in the portfolio team and will focus on working with management teams, according to the profile.
