Profits rise 50% at Rokos hedge fund following expansion

Rokos Capital Management has been on a hiring spree in recent years

Profits increased by 50% in 2019 at Rokos Capital Management, the London-based $8bn global macro hedge fund launched by Chris Rokos, a former star trader at Brevan Howard.

According to accounts filed at Companies House, profits for the year ending 31 March 2019 were £34.5m, up 51% from £22.9m in 2018. Revenues also rose sharply, by 32% to £88.6m.
