Promedia buys Belgacom's directories stake

Promedia, a Belgian directories business owned by UK buy-out firms Cinven and Apax, has bought out a minority party that took a share of its profits in return for operating a non-compete agreement.

The minority party, Belgacom, Belgium's largest telecom service provider, sold its interest in the business for €284.9m ($371.4m).
