Property agent Colliers chases co-working craze

Colliers International, a real estate group, has created a new role to help it advise clients on the changing structure of the modern workplace, hiring an executive from the fast-growing flexible office industry to fill it.

Colliers has created the role of head of serviced offices to work with occupiers on strategies around co-working, flexible and serviced office space. “Never before have we seen quite the depth and breadth of serviced office demand or offering,” said Tony Horrell, the group’s chief executive for the UK and Ireland.
