The boss of a fund manager that has raised more than £300m to invest in UK property says he sees opportunity in the market despite the “very strong headwinds” of Brexit.

Clearbell Capital, a private equity fund manager focused on real estate, has just closed its third UK-focused fund at £310m, with investors joining from Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Australia.
