ProVen Private Equity, the UK arm of US private equity firm Beringea, has hired Jeff Bocan to expand its UK investment team.

Bocan joins ProVen from Saffron Hill Ventures, the UK-based early stage venture fund, where he was an associate working on market analysis and due diligence in the technology sector. He has particular experience in enterprise software and enabling media technology.
