PSolve, the UK investment advisory arm of South African financial services group Sanlam, has made four appointments to its London practice.

Tessa Kohn-Speyer, Cecilia Moynihan and Martyn Dorey all join as senior consultants, and Vathani Waran joins as a senior investment analyst.
