Knight Frank and JLL expected to market office for £90m

Pearson, the former publisher of the Financial Times, has appointed agents to sell the newspaper’s London offices on the south bank of the Thames.

Pearson, which sold the FT to Japanese publisher Nikkei in 2015, has tasked agents Knight Frank and JLL with marketing the building, One Southwark Bridge, for around £90m, according to a person familiar with the mandate.
