PwC, EY and Oliver Clive & Co. to be investigated over audits of collapsed London Capital & Finance

The mini-bond investment firm collapsed in January 2019, owing thousands of people more than £230m

The Financial Reporting Council has launched three investigations into the audits of the now collapsed mini-bond investment firm London Capital & Finance.

Big Four audit firms, PwC and EY, will be investigated for their audits of the financial years ending in April 2016 and April 2017 respectively. Auditors Oliver Clive & Co. will be scrutinised for their audit of a one-month period ending in April 2015.
