PwC faces legal action over audit of classic car dealer

Administrators Alvarez & Marsal are launching legal action against auditors PwC, alleging that the firm failed to spot fraud at now collapsed racing car dealership JD Classics. 

In a claim in London’s High Court, the boutique restructuring firm accused PwC of not auditing the car dealership’s 2016 and 2017 accounts correctly.
