PwC scoops Bank of America executive

Pricewaterhouse Cooper has hired Lisa Pavelka McAlister as a managing director of the firm's private equity and alternative investment company services. McAlister was previously a senior vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Bank of America Merrill Lynch's global private equity. In her new role, she will work with PwC's US capital markets and accounting advisory services group, aiding companies that are raising capital for IPOs, securitizations and other financial activities.
