PwC is trying to extol the social aspects of office life to entice staff back after more than a year of working from home during the Covid-19 crisis, according to the Big Four firm’s UK senior partner Kevin Ellis.

The business has introduced a new hybrid working policy for its 22,000 UK employees, with an expectation that staff will spend two to three days a week in the office or at client sites, with the rest of their time spent working remotely.
