Former Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs banker Peter MacDonald recently became the head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Gender Gap, a data analytics provider focused on diversity.

Founded by former headhunter Sam Jones, the company provides a data crunching service that allows investment banks and other large global corporates to assess the performance and imbalances within their workforce.
