Q&A with the new chairman of Dexia Asset Management

Yie-Hsin Hung talks about what New York Life Investments' acquisition of the Belgian asset manager means for its business outside of the US

New York Life Investments this week completed its €380 million acquisition of Dexia Asset Management, a deal which significantly increases its revenues from and presence outside the US.

The US firm has offices in the UK through investment boutique MacKay Shields, and in Seoul through its strategic alliance with Samsung.
