RAB Capital, a publicly-quoted UK hedge fund manager, has hired two managers with a view to launching a new investment strategy focusing on financial companies.

Chris Ellerton from UBS and Francis Peckham from Citigroup have just joined, according to RAB, which plans to launch a global financials fund this autumn.
