Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, the US law firm, has hired Luc Saucier, a senior mergers and acquisitions partner from French rival Rambaud Martel. The exit from Rambaud follows the departure of four partners and six associates to another US rival last month.

Saucier has joined Paul Hastings as a partner in the corporate department, focusing on large-scale public and private M&A, cross-border transactions and joint ventures.
