Ramius, the alternative investment management arm of Cowen Group, has recruited Ken Griebell as a director focusing on marketing and distribution.

In his newly created role, Griebell will focus on marketing liquid alternative products and targeting ultra-wealthy retail investors. He was previously managing director of strategic accounts at Equinox Fund Management.
