Raymond James’ chief executive has ruled out layoffs in its UK investment bank and is looking to bolster its team in the City as many larger rivals have scaled back.

Paul Reilly, the Florida-headquartered financial services firm’s CEO, told Financial News that its UK investment banking team could grow to 100 people if it is able to secure the right talent.
